Greater Ownership for Creators
As HYP is a B-corp company created by creators, we are committed to providing greater avenues for creator ownership and revenue generation.
Examples include revenue and profit sharing with HYP, legacy and asset building programs, and ownership within HYP itself. In addition, HYP provides no-cost and reduced-cost opportunities for promotional airtime on our distribution channels to support emerging creators and startups.
Mentorship & Apprenticeship
HYP is proud to partner with The Artistic Standard Mentorship & Apprenticeship program, which supports our commitment to developing artistic, diverse, early career talent of color in the industry. HYP will be working with and featuring these talented creators across its platforms.
The Artistic Standard trains and provides mentees and apprentices with shadowing opportunities, customized learning plans based on career goals and learning process on-the job experience on all of our productions. Participants will receive coaching sessions, life and career motivation, and support on a weekly basis with production company executives along with monthly workshops with industry professionals, who will provide guidance and tips to help navigate their careers.
HYP and The Artistic Standard aim to create a pipeline of well-trained filmmakers for Hollywood to hire, especially with the rising need for more diversity and inclusion both on camera and in the studio system.
